Arriving and Leaving Site

Once again, you will be able to arrive after 2pm on Thursday - please do not arrive before as we need to be ready for you! Your pitch will be allocated to you by your church co-ordinator, not the North team - so please liaise with your church co-ordinator.

We had a great time at the Hog Roast in 2007 - so good, we're going to do it again! Please indicate on the form if you want a Hog roast (or veggie alternative) on Thursday evening. We've invited several bands from some of our churches to entertain us on both Thursday and Friday evening – come and have a listen – and eat well at the same time!

Leaving – the final meeting ends around 1pm on Monday, and we'd really like you to have left the site no later than 4pm so that we can start tidying up! If you can offer us some help clearing up, please let us know – we will gladly let you stay that bit longer!
